Ingredients

  • 600 grams pineapple
  • 400 grams palm sugar
  • black pepper corns, toasted
  • 2 cups white wine vinegar
  1. macerate overnight
  2. strained=2 cups syrup
  3. toast 3 tbs peppercorns until dancing and popping in pan
